Tramar Dillard, better known to the world as Flo Rida and his business manager, Lee "Freezy" Prince, have add another win for the team. The duo dished out $10 million for a Miami Gardens retail plaza.
Taylor Mae Lending LLC provided the buyer with a $6.2 million mortgage; which breaks down to $360 per square foot. LoopNet reported the local native got the property at a steal. The original asking price was $14.5 million. It's looking like with 90% of the tenants having been long time renters with more than 30 years is a good investment. On the flip side the previous owners offered rent below market value. The rent also hasn't been increased on tenants in years.
The plaza is located on Miami Gardens Drive and US 441.
Flo Rida's entrepreneurial endeavors have reached new levels of diversifying the talented rappers business skills. He recently partnered with Biom Therapeutics to purchase the first cannabinoid-derived company to help research rare childhood diseases.
