Boosie Badazz was granted a $50k bond by a federal judge. It was reported by TMZ , prosecutors were seeking to have Boosie detained until trial. The judge denied the request and announced bond amount.
Last week the Louisiana rapper was snatched by the Feds as he was leaving the courthouse, beating gun charges with the state of California. The victory was short lived; for Boosie found himself reaching out via social media to his kids apologizing for the arrest.The Feds took the case over. The charges reported in federal arrest consist of, a felon in possession of a firearm and transporting firearms across interstate highways.
Boosie's, whose real name is Torrence Hatch Jr. posted on instagram caught the attention of federal authorities when he was spotted with a local gang member walking with a black handgun tucked in his waist. The police used a helicopter to track him and pull him over with the same gun in the car. He was originally in San Diego filming a music video.
