Jamie Foxx is suffering through an unexpected medical complication while in Georgia last week. It has been confirmed by CNN yesterday (Monday April 17) was still in the hospital and undergoing medical test.
Jamie Foxx's daughter issued a statement last week on instagram announcing that her father had experienced a health scare. Corinne Foxx, noted that her dad was "already on his way to recovery" thanks to "quick action and great care."
Jamie Foxx, 55-years old is conscious and communicating with family members.
Jamie was finishing up filming in Atlanta, Georgia his new Netflix movie Back in Action with Cameron Diaz;who has been in retirement the last eight years. Reportedly there were two stunt doubles used in scenes temporarily filling in for Foxx. The film is directed by Seth Gordon. Back In Action also stars Glenn Close and Kyle Chandler. It's scheduled to premiere on Netflix in early 2024.
The family is asking for privacy at this time.
