Kanye West won't face charges for throwing paparazzi member's phone. In January Kanye was spending quality time with his kids. The 45-year-old superstar did not approve of the female paparazzi running up on him with his kids. West was being investigated for assault.
Kanye snatched the woman's cellphone while being recorded. He then threw the phone in the street.
The Ventura County's District Attorney's Office decided that the phone only suffered damages costing about $30. Hence woman will not seek further legal action.
