Drake and 21 Savage dropped highly anticipated collaborated project "Her Loss" in November of 2022. The promotional campaign was like no other maximizing social media platforms, mock performances on SNL and Colors. Including fake interviews with Howard Stern and the infamous Vogue Cover promotion.
Fans were excited as the campaign rolled out. Howard Stern was tickled that the rappers thought of him in a creative manor to include him. Nonetheless Vouge's parent company Conde Naste wa not pleased with the mock Vogue cover.
The amount of the settlement has not been disclosed. It has been reported the original amount was $4 million Vogue was looking to clear the damages claimed by the brand.
Conde Naste, Wil Bowes stated that the settlement will "bolster our ongoing creative output, including Vogue editorial."
