Charlamagne the God from the Breakfast Club shared that he feels Kendrick Lamar and Kodak Black are on the same level as rappers. Many fans have been weighing in tuning Charlamagne's comments into a debate.
The Breakfast host wants people to realize how talented Kodak Black is. Charlamagne mentioned Kodak as a personality, artist and rapper is top tier talent. He expressed that many times it's ' o Kodak" as a response from industry affiliates.
"I look at Kodak Black the same way I look at Kendrick Lamar. Charlamagne continued with "I'm not joking..I feel like they're both two different levels of prolific and they're telling similar stories, just from different places. They are just two different versions of the same kid."

Twitter users were not shy to provide their feedback on the topic. One user wrote, " Kendrick is miles ahead." both rappers had fans writing on their behalf reasons to why who was better out of the two.
Kodak has shown much respect for Kendrick Lamar when speaking in interviews. During an interview at Rolling Loud Miami, Kodak spoke about how Kendrick puts him up on game. Kodak Black featured on Kendrick's 2022 album, "Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. Kodak also has a verse on "Silent Hill", which reached No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Kodak Black and Kendrick Lamar show no signs of slowing down any time soon. It's safe to say their will more music from both rappers pleasing the Hip-Hop community.
