Billboard bases it's Top Artist and Song of the Year by the number of album sales, air-play and streaming
Latto has been named Billboard's Top New Artist of the year. Her hit single, " Big Energy" was a smash; earning her the Billboard's Top New R&B/ hip-hop Artist and Top Female Rap Artist of The Year.
"Big Energy" charted for 37 consecutive weeks on the Top 40. The single peaked at No. 3 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart after featuring Mariah Carey. To add to Latto's list of accomplishments her album 777 hit No. 15 on Billboard's 200.
