Balenciaga is suing the producers of the ad campaign that has landed them in hot water. Balenciga has been facing backlash since the resent children's photo shoot created by North Six.
The ad campaign featured photographs of adolescents posing holding teddy bears with fishnet stockings, and leather harnesses. Objects such as flash and supreme court documents concerning child pronogrpahy were used as props.
Balenciaga has issued an apology. On Friday November 23 the mega brand issued a lawsuit against North Six and Nicolas Des Jardins; the set designer.
Balenciaga has removed the campaign as well.
Kim Kardashian has her infamous Skim wear that has taken off like a rocket in the hands of Balenciaga. Recently Kim's ex-husband Kanye West was dropped by Balenciaga severing business ties overnight. Kim Kardashian broke her silence on the topic.
She appreciates Balenciaga removing the campaign and issuing an apology. Kim also wrote, she is confident in the brand to take the necessary steps to make sure this never happens again. She also mentions she spoke with the brand directly and they fully understand the harm that could be caused.
