Adidas announced to the world that they are no longer business partners with Kanye West, but the shoe giant may still have to pay up.
Adidas plans on moving forward with selling Yeezy's without Kanye West. Adidas has announced publicly that they own the full rights to designs and will continue to sell the highly looked for brand, but under their own name, Adidas directly.
Yeezy products generated over $2million in sales last year. Providing Adidas with the opportunity to gain more and better self space in major stores.

Should Adidas continue to sale Yeezy's they will owe Kanye West millions in royalties well into 2023. Darcey Yupp, and apparel analyst advises that it would be a mistake for Adidas to continue selling the line.
