Nicolas Cruz has been sentenced to formally in court. The judge read a life sentence without parole.

The Parkland High School shooter, 24-years old will serve consecutive life sentences for each of the 17 lives murdered. Judge Elizabeth Scherer also imposed a life sentence in prison with a minimum of 20 years to serve on 14 counts of attempted murder, and life without the possibility of parole for 3 counts.

Last year Nicolas plead guilty to 17 counts of murder and 17 counts of attempted murder.

The outcome of the formal sentencing of Nicolas Cruz has brought a little closure for the parents of Parkland High School students and family members of all the lives lost on Valentine's Day 2018.

It has been reported that this mass shooting the deadliest shooting at an US high school.
