Quavo and his nephew Takeoff had been working on their new project "Unc and Phew"; where the single "Messy" has caused a bit of commotion of the lyrics in the song. The marketing continued to oved full steam ahead with the newsted video from the duo dropped on Halloween.
The horror inspired video is now one of the latest videos capturing Takeoff performing music. With "Messy" stirring up the drama pot fans dissected the lyrics. Many assumed the song was mentioning events from Quavo and Saweetie relationship while dating.

“I said ‘Caresha, please’ ’cause she too messy / B*^ch f$*ked my dawg behind my back but I ain’t stressin’ / You wanted the gang? You shoulda just said it, we would’ve just blessed it / Now sh^t got messy,” Huncho rapped on the song “Messy.”
Many believed the song is referring to the other member in Migos. Offset is the big cousin in the family to the group; whom fans are assuming he is the male that Quavo is referring to. The video below has a scene shot in an elevator that have fans continuing to believe the song has to be talking about Saweetie.
As the "Messy" video has a Halloween themed vibe, unfortunately Takeoff was shot and killed on Halloween night. In Houston, Texas at 28 years old around 3am Tuesday morning this tragic event took place.
