Lil Wayne has reportedly listed his Miami Beach mansion for sale at $29.5m. Wayne purchased the mansion in 2018 paying $17 million. The mansion is full of luxury amenities. It has seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The mansion has beautiful outdoor space for sunbathing and water play. Lil Wayne is definitely has the potential to make a 75% flip on the initial money he put up to buy the mansion.
It's been reported by The Real Deal the mansion sits on a half-acre lot on Allison Road. The home has a movie theatre, 22 foot high ceilings, spa pool, and cabanas to just list a few additional amenities.
On the other hand Lil Wayne just celebrated his 40th birthday over the weekend.
The New Orleans native teased the project’s arrival at Drake’s October World Weekend festival in August and has been spotted in the studio with old collaborators Wyclef Jean and Juelz Santana in recent weeks. As reported by DXhiphop.
