This year's 2022 BET Hip Hop Music Awards is going down at the Cobb Energy Center in Atlanta, GA on September 30, 2022. Grammy nominated Fat Joe will have the honor of hosting the BET awards this year. Fat Joe embodies the culture of Hip Hop. As a vet in the game Fat Joe is a good friend of BET and the network wanted to celebrate Fat Joe. Fat Joe is not just hosting the awards show but will be a producer of the event as well.
Fat Joe has commented on the BET awards announcement by stating, “This will be the BIGGEST award show in history,” said Fat Joe. “It’s truly an honor to host and produce the BET Hip Hop Awards and I can’t thank Connie and the entire BET family enough for this opportunity. We’re going to celebrate music, culture and entertainment, honor the biggest and brightest stars in the world and make this an unforgettable night full of laughs and surprises. The BET Hip Hop Awards will air on Tuesday October 4th at 9pm.
