Irv Gotti is still in his feelings over Ashanti. He was recently on Drink Champs and was asked about Ashanti and their relationship. Gotti did not hold back. He went to explain open heartily that he was in love with Ashanti. Gotti was the boss at Murder Inc. and Ashanti was on of his artist back in 2000. The couple were a hot item at that time.
On Drink Champs Nore mentioned, Country Grammer by the rapper Nelly and Irv asked a rhetorical question..
"You wanna hear how I found out? Only on Drink Champs, it's on the documentary, too," Irv said, mentioning the forthcoming Murder Inc docuseries. "I was at home... Listen to this sh*t. This was God wanting me to find out. Was at home, NBA package, I like watching sports. My God, what's this commotion going on in the stadium? We just found out what the commotion is: Nelly has walked in with Ashanti."
Gotti went on to say how heart broken he was because he was still in love with Ashanti and the break-up was unexpected. Ashanti and Nelly's relationship lasted for 11 years after Gotti.
