HBO Max has a new docuseries coming out with one of your favorite female rappers. The Queen Nicki Minaj just announced the trailer to her new docuseries, "Nicki" on instagram. The docuseries will provide the "Barbs" an inside look at her career success with the highs and lows exposing her journey.
Nicki wrote her first rap at just 12 years old. She pursued acting at New York's Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Nicki's first solo single topped the charts, setting her on her way as the first female artist to top the Billboard chart.
Nicki's post states, "I couldn't be more thrilled to have #HBOMAX on board to help me tell my story in this delicate & memorable way. A way that my fans will love forever. I can promise you that." There is speculation on the release date, but we know the rap queen's birthday is December 8th. Nicki followed up her release trailer with a post that "Coming out sooner than you Think."
