The worst news you could receive about a loved one was delivered to Trina and her family. On Tuesday night July 19th it was reported that Trina's niece was shot and killed. Her niece goes by the name Baby Suga. Baby Suga was in town visiting Miami as this is Trina's hometown.
Sources reported that Baby Suga was with two other women who were shot as well. It is unclear of the condition of the two women at this time. It is also unclear if this was a targeted situation or random. The police are still investing the incident.
The city of Miami loves Trina. She was just honored with the Keys To The City. Trina also has her own official "Trina Day" on May 14. To celebrate "Trina Day" a block party was held in her childhood neighborhood; Liberty City. The community appreciates all the positive work Trina contributes.
