The price is 17% lower than the initial asking price of $27 million .
Anthony, purchased the property in 2018 for $19 million from Bacardi heiress Hilda Maria Bacardi, who spent eight years overseeing its construction. Located on the Islands of Cocoplum, the property overlooks gardens and the Coral Gables Waterway, with 20,546 square feet, 12 bedrooms,13 full bathrooms, and two powder rooms, along with a formal living room and dining room, the floor plan includes a family room, an eat-in kitchen with dual islands, and a butler’s pantry.
The property is set on 1.3 acres, and outdoor entertainment includes a summer kitchen, covered terraces, a heated pool, and a spa.
