Snorkelers in Monroe County found in the waters off the Florida Keys a large black bundle wrapped in tape that was floating in the water.
The snorkeler called the sheriff's office, who found it contained 25 bricks of cocaine weighing 68 pounds. Sheriff's Office contacted Border Patrol who weighed and valued the drugs at more than $1.5 million.
No information has been released as to how long the bag may have been in the water.
