Rent Is Dropping In Some S. Florida Cities

Rental prices in some South Florida cities are getting cheaper.

Median rents dropped in Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and Miami Beach over the past year, and rent also declined in Broward’s Deerfield Beach and Delray Beach in Palm Beach County.

A reason for the decrease is peopla are leaving large buildings, as sharing amenities with so many people is not appealing. Rents are expected to continue dropping in Sunny Isles Beach, while Miami Beach and Aventura are going to stay.

The least expensive cities are Lauderhill ($1,150) and Lake Worth, in Palm Beach County ($1,100). Miami Gardens’ monthly rent of $1,200 per month is also a bargain.

Experts recommend that monthly rent will be limited, as a $4,000 monthly income, would put your ideal rent at $1,200.
