The 2020 Hurricane Season is essentially over.
The cold front that passed through South Florida is from the middle of the Atlantic. Even if all these ifs and maybes come together, it is not expected to be a significant threat and it will be moving away from the U.S.
In the Caribbean, there are no longer any organized systems, so unless something unexpected happens between now and the end of the year, we’ll end the 2020 Hurricane Season.
This year, we’ve only had one Category 5, and it came in November, so with a little luck, we’ll get to close the book on Hurricane Season 2020.
