Quando Rondo wasn't looking for a fight when his crew got into a one with King Von's.
The altercation ended in Von's fatal shooting in which Rondo says Von was the aggressor in the brawl that preceded gunfire.
Quando says he was napping in a car and when he woke up, Von's crew was there, and things got tense. Von approached Quando and his crew which led to the brawl.
Footage from outside the club appears to show King Von throwing punches at Quando Rondo's crew, who claims they were just defending themselves.
Police on the scene also opened fire, but King Von was shot during the initial shootout with Quando Rondo's group.
Quando Rondo is NOT under investigation and which is considered closed.
