A grand opening for a South Florida sports complex received support from Kodak Black
Black was recognized by City of Margate officials as part of the grand opening of a covered field at the Margate Sports Complex.
The field is an open-air, multi-purpose, weather-protected area that will be used for future sports games and other special events.
Black donated $20K to the child of a police officer, who succumbed to COVID-19 virus.
Florida and California have seen the largest increase in COVID cases with Florida standing out with at least 20K COVID-19 cases. Officer Jennifer Sepot of the For Lauderdale Police passed away following complications with Covid.
Sepot would leave behind her 2-year-old daughter, which reached Kodak, who felt the desire to help.
“Make sure that kid is straight. Pay for her college fund,” stated Kodak.
The Fort Lauderdale Fraternal Order of Police, mentioned that they are “grateful to everyone who has donated to the Sepot family in memory of Jennifer. Her loss has had an immeasurable and lasting impact on our officers. The generosity by supporters has offered a degree of hope during a time in which support for law enforcement feels to be a waning movement.”
Kodak Black is also about to become a “girl dad,” and he received words of wisdom from Amber Rose.
Kodak and his girlfriend, real estate agent Maranda Johnson, are expecting their first child together, and Amber Rose shared her congratulations, while offering some parental advice.
“Congratulations @kodakblack On Your Babygirl,” she wrote. “I Need You To Stay Outta Trouble So You Can Be Out Here To Raise Your Young Queen!”
Rose has two sons: Sebastian Taylor Thomaz with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa and Slash Electric Alexander Edwards, whith Alexander “AE” Edwards.
Kodak appears to be heeding Amber’s advice, as he announced on Twitter that he plans to ignore the “dumb shit” and instead focus on raising his daughter.
“I Got Mo Shit I Can B Petty Bout Or B Involved In,” he wrote. “I Got Drops I’m Debating On …. But No Matter How Much Da Dumb Shit Tickles Me My Daughter Otw Mo Important.”
