Kendrick Lamar's status at Top Dawg Entertainment has been the subject of speculation.
Numerous unconfirmed reports rumored that Kendrick and T.D.E. had parted ways, until T.D.E. founder Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith posted an Instagram video with the caption "A PSA from Kendrick Lamar."
"Top, you got to stop them from smutting my name, man," Kendrick says at the beginning of the video. "They been smutting my name all year, man. Enough is enough. Got them saying I done shook the label and all that."
Kendrick Lamar and Dave Free launched a new company titled "PGLang" .
The company was created in order to “service to creators and projects that selflessly speak with, and for, the shared experiences that connect us all.” states a the press release and mission statement which can be found on the company webpage www.pg-lang.com/ .
