Miami Marlins Kick Off "Neighborhood Nights" For Remainder Of Season

The Miami Marlins are coming to a neighborhood near you... and we don't just mean at Marlins Park!

The Marlins are focusing on embracing the local community by celebrating 10 local neighborhoods for the 2018 Neighborhood Nights program.

The Fish will be offering special ticket prices and a series of themed nights at Marlins Park for each of these communities. Prior to each Neighborhood Night, the Marlins will host a community event in each Neighborhood.

The Neighborhood Nights schedule is as follows:

Doral - July 28

Coral Gables - July 29

Kendall - August 11

Wynwood / Midtown - August 12

Downtown Miami - August 25

Miami Beach - August 26

Hialeah - September 1

Coconut Grove - September 2

Pinecrest - September 22

South Miami / Westchester - September 23

We spoke to Elisa Padilla, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations for the Miami Marlins to learn more about the upcoming festivities:

"For the remainder of the season, on Saturdays and Sundays, we are inviting our neighbors... to come out and celebrate with us!" Padilla says. "Leading up to the games we are hosting local events in the communities..."

The Neighborhood Nights events will include MLB Play Ball events, visits to local fire and police stations, and much more.
