Donkey Of The Day For Thursday March 24th goes out to 21-year-old Philadelphia Women Jayana Tanae Webb who was charged in a DUI crash that killed two state troopers. Jayana of Eagleville Pennsylvania is charged with multiple felony counts of murder in the 3rd degree. "three counts of homicide by vehicle while under the influence, one count of driving under the influence and several other counts filed by the Philadelphia district attorney" according to NBC news.
The two troopers who were walking along the highway trying to help a man Reyes Rivera Oliveras who was walking along the highway were all struck by the women who was driving drunk, they all were killed.
