Would You Ride In A Ballon To Outer Space?

I would so do this!! Lol A company called Space Perspective wants to send people to space in a giant sized hydrogen-filled ballon, known as the spaceship Neptune. It would hold about nine people including a pilot, windows, and a bar, and a bathroom! Where do I sign up?!
