Prize Pickup Instructions & Directions

Congratulations! All prizes are available for pick up from 9:00am-5:30pm MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. When you come to pick up your prizing you must have a State issued ID/ Driver’s license with you. Please know you full Social Security Number as well. If you are not able to pick up your prize, you may send someone with a signed and printed letter of consent releasing your prize to them. They must have their State issued ID/ Driver’s license and a printed copy of you State issued ID/ Driver’s license. They must also know your Social Security Number. (This might not be applicable for some prizing - please check with us in advance.)
