Megan Thee Stallion's Defamation Lawsuit Has Milagro Gramz Eager to Settle

Milagro Gramz has reportedly made formal settlement offers in the defamation lawsuit filed by Megan Thee Stallion, as reported by AllHipHop. The proposal aims to address damages related to three claims in the lawsuit: Promotion of an Altered Sexual Depiction, Cyberstalking and Invasion of Privacy, and False Light. The claim of Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress was not included in the settlement offer. Megan stated that the false claims have negatively impacted her mental and emotional well-being. The specific amount of financial compensation proposed is not known, and Megan has not yet responded to the offer. If she declines the deal and no agreement is reached, a trial date has been set for September 8, 2025. Megan filed the lawsuit last October, accusing Gramz of acting as a "hired gun" for Tory Lanez during his trial, in which he was convicted of shooting her. She also claimed that Gramz labeled her an alcoholic and shared a deepfake explicit video of her. Megan expressed her frustration with bloggers who spread false information about her life, stating that it is time for them to face consequences for their behavior. Despite her willingness to settle, Gramz previously sought to have the lawsuit dismissed, calling Megan's claims "dubious" and maintaining her innocence.
