Diddy Says That His Alleged "Freak-Offs" With Cassie Were "Consensual"

Diddy asserts that the alleged "freak-off" tapes cited by prosecutors are actually consensual recordings involving him and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. His legal team claims that after reviewing the nine tapes, they found them to depict private sexual activities between consenting adults in a long-term relationship. They argue that Cassie not only consented but also enjoyed the experiences and appeared happy and in control on the tapes. Prosecutors, however, have labeled these recordings as "elaborate and produced sex performances." Diddy’s representatives counter this by stating they are simply adults engaging in consensual sex. They also aim to disprove claims that the recordings were made in secret or involved any form of violence. They emphasize that there were no hidden cameras, no orgies, no involvement from other celebrities, no underground locations, no minors, and absolutely no coercion or violence. Furthermore, Diddy’s lawyers state that he does not possess the tapes; instead, they claim Cassie kept them for years to potentially provide them to the authorities.

Cassie and her lawyer have yet to respond to these allegations, but a reply might be expected soon. This push to establish Diddy’s innocence comes just a few months before his trial begins. On May 5, the founder of Bad Boy Records will appear in court to start his defense against the charges. Keep it locked to 103.5 The Beat for more!
