Diddy’s Son King Combs Reportedly Hit With Sexual Assault Lawsuit

King Combs, the son of Diddy, has been officially served with a lawsuit by a woman who accused him of sexual assault earlier this year. According to an In Touch report on December 2, King Combs, whose real name is Christian Combs, was served at his father's Miami home. The lawsuit claims that a rape took place during a wild yacht party in 2022. Grace O’Marcaigh filed the lawsuit in April and is represented by the same lawyer who is handling another case against Diddy. King is accused of assault, battery, sexual assault, and causing emotional distress.

O’Marcaigh, who has been a stewardess in the yachting industry since 2018, says her career plans were ruined by the incident. She claims that while working on a yacht chartered by Diddy, what was meant to be a family-friendly outing quickly turned chaotic, with many attendees being sex workers. The lawsuit states that this situation caused her and her coworkers to deal with unwanted drug use and disorder.

O’Marcaigh states that during one shift, King Combs paid attention to her in a way she found inappropriate, pressuring her to drink with him. She alleges he then forcefully grabbed her arm, pulled her close, and wouldn’t let her leave. Despite her asking to go, he made her take more drinks, which she suspected were spiked. She claims he cornered her and exposed himself, but she managed to escape when someone else entered the room.

The lawsuit also mentions that O’Marcaigh lost her job and her long-term partner due to the incident. Her partner struggled to cope after seeing her bruises and ultimately left her. O’Marcaigh’s mental health declined, leading to medication and intensive therapy. She fell into deep depression and was unable to fulfill her role as maid of honor at her sister’s wedding in June 2023, which she had been excited about for over a year.

When the lawsuit was filed in April, both King Combs and Diddy's lawyer, Aaron Dyer, responded by criticizing O’Marcaigh’s lawyer. They called the lawsuit another baseless claim and noted that the lawyer has faced scrutiny for filing similar cases just for media attention. They plan to file a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.
