Lil Durk is one step closer to finding out how his legal issues surrounding the alleged murder-for-hire. Durk's stent in the Broward County jail where he was initially arrested has transferred to California. Durk is facing indictments labeling him the lead defendant in charges.
The original charge of conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire linking him to the alleged murder plot that killed the cousin of his rap rival Quando Rondo. Fighting an uphill battle adding on to Durk's challenges a superseding indictment from, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California hot the Grammy winner with charged Durk with two more crimes: one count of use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, and one count of using, carrying firearms and a machine gun and possession of such firearms in furtherance of a crime of violence resulting in death.
Durk's next court date. bond hearing is set for December 7,2024. Durk will find out if he will out free while awaiting his trail date or remain in federal custody. The Chicago rapper has entered a non guilty plea. Should any of the suspects be convicted all the defendants face a maximum sentence of life in prison.
