Kanye West Purchases $35 Million Mansion In Beverly Hills

About a month ago, Kanye West sold his empty Malibu mansion. He had plans to turn it into a bomb shelter, but those plans never happened, leaving the new owner in a tough spot. Bo Belmont, CEO of Belwood Investments, bought the property in late September for $21 million, which is $36 million less than what Kanye paid for it three years ago. Belmont criticized the changes made to the house, calling them a bad decision and saying it ruined the home. He aims to restore it to its original state, noting that there’s a process to follow and the city of Malibu holds everyone accountable.

Now, Kanye has purchased another stunning property. This new home includes an entertainment pavilion, pools with waterfalls, a pool house, and a gazebo. It spans 20,000 square feet on seven acres of land, featuring 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. Located in the gated community of Beverly Park North in Beverly Hills, he bought it for $35 million through the same LLC used to sell the Malibu mansion. Many celebrities, such as Mark Wahlberg, Justin Bieber, Denzel Washington, and Eddie Murphy, have lived in the area before.
