Tyler, the Creator has released his seventh studio album, Chromakopia, and fans are thrilled. Many have taken to X (formerly Twitter) this morning to express their thoughts on the long-awaited album, with several calling it some of Tyler's best work. One fan stated, "Tyler is a better rapper and artist than J Cole, and he has more classics." Another user wrote, "14/14 NO MISSES. ALL FEATURES DELIVERED. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL FROM START TO FINISH. TYLER HAS DONE IT AGAIN THANK YOU FOR THIS MASTERPIECE." However, some fans were hoping for a feature from Frank Ocean but were disappointed when it didn't happen. One defender urged, "Tyler never promised a Frank feature; social media created that expectation. Don’t let it ruin your listening experience." Recently, Tyler shared during a listening party in Los Angeles that the album reflects lessons he learned from his mother growing up. He said, "Now that I’m 33, I realize what she meant." He added that as people grow older and start families, he just wanted to write about his own thoughts during quiet moments. Fans can look forward to more reactions to Chromakopia. Tyler will also go on a world tour in 2025, bringing along Lil Yachty and Paris Texas.
