Pompano's Super Gremlin, Kodak Black dropped a new video to his song "2CY" off his When I Was Dead album. The spooky video has mixed reviews from fans.
Kodak's head is rapping inside of a refrigerator in one scene. The video is perfect for Halloween season; a boy stumbles across a haunted house and his curiosity gets the best of him as he checks out the inside.
The boy sees dancing and twerking by scary figures throughout the house. DJ Akademiks posted on his Instagram page a brief clip from the visual of Kodak’s head rapping in a refrigerator. The post sparked mixed reactions from fans, with some saying the video was crap, while others are left trying to figure out what Yak was rapping about. XLL also posted fans reviews of confusion.
“This respectfully is the [worst] song yak ever made,” typed another fan in the comments.
One fan questioned; -“Why everybody making headless videos?? What’s the message n***a?”
There's always that one loyal fan that thought Kodak’s video was great.
When I Was Dead dropped as a surprise album in November. It's Kodak's sixth studio album. The album features WizDaWizard, OG Bobby Billions and Wam SpinThaBin. Metro Boomin is on the list of producers that supported Yak's efforts on the project. Earl on the Beat, Allen Ritter and Dyryk are just a few producers to mention on the project.
