4th XXXTentacion Killer Gets A Reduced Sentence

It's been a long five years since the murder of XXXTentacion. One of the defendants charged in the murder of rapper XXXTentacio murder was sentenced today (May 17). Robert Allen was sentenced to seven years in prison today for the 2018 murder of XXX. Allen has already served five years which means h only has two years to serve out. He also was sentenced to twenty years of probation once released.

Last month in April the other three defendants were sentenced with two life sentences. Dedrick Williams, Michael Boatwright, and Trayvon Newsome were all found guilty of first-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon. Robert Allen agreed to testify against his co-defendants to shorten his own sentence.

Judge Michael Usan expressed to Allen words of encouragement...

"I genuinely believe that you are sorry for what you've done and not merely sorry for yourself and I think the remorse that you've shown is genuine,"

On June 18, 2018, XXX was shot and killed in his vehicle while leaving Riva Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Fl.  Dedrick Williams, Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsome were responsible for the plan to rob X. Robert Allen claimed he was against the robbery. Williams served as the getaway driver. He blocked the rapper's vehicle from leaving the motorcycle shop. Boatwright and Newsome approached X's car then Newsome took X's jewelry and a Louis Vuitton bag, which contained $50,000. Boatwright shot and killed X once they snatched the bag of money and jewelry.
