Rihanna is all set to perform at the Oscars 2023. The nine-time Grammy winner will be performing "Lift Me Up" from Marvel's "Black Panther: "Wakanda Forever" during the Oscars. Fresh off of her record breaking Super Bowl performance Rihanna is not done yet.
The 95th Oscars will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will air live on ABC on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Lift Me Up" was co-written by Rihanna, Tems and Ludwig Goransson. The soundtrack has been nominated for best original song at this year's Oscars. This will be Rihanna's first Academy Award nomination.
"Wakanda Forever" film has been nominated for five Oscars. With Angela Bassett earning her first acting nomination for a Marvel film. Angela has been nominated before for her portrayal of Tina Turner in Turner biopic, "What's Love Got To Do With It?"
