Lil Durk took to social media writing, "Due to the incident that happened at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I'ma take a break & focus on my health. I finished my performance yesterday for my fans. Appreciate y'all." He posted on Sunday with a picture of him looking like he was in a medical facility of some type.
While on stage during his Lollapalooza set there was an explosion reported by TMZ. The explosion was close to Lil Durk causing him to wipe his face with his shirt midway through his performance. The explosion with smoke was a scary experience for the rapper. It didn't look like a planned event in the performance. A great tip is to practice safety first.
