Gunna has been accused of trying to have a nurse smuggle cocaine and marijuana into jail for him. The nurse was caught by a deputy when he approached her as she was entering the Fulton County Jail on May 14th. Allegedly when asked about the drugs the nurse took off running.
Gunna and his legal team learned that he will remain in custody until his trial start date set for January 2023. His involvement with recruiting the nurse to smuggle drugs on his behalf is one of the reasons why he was denied bond again. The rapper is being detained on RICO charges.
