The Florida Department of Health issued an emergency order to allow certified EMTs to administer vaccines.
Bad weather throughout the U. S. has impacted the shipment of COVID-19 vaccines to Florida, so the state has worked to ensure vaccine doses are distributed as efficiently as possible.
Publix is canceling their vaccine ditribution event due to the weather-related issues, however appointments already scheduled would not be impacted.
