This past FRIDAY, September 18th, 2020 Officials announced that South Florida would in fact move into Phase 3, allowing bars and restaurant owners to open back up. While there are many who still have reservations about the safety of the public once businesses open up at full capacity, others are excited to be able to go out. However though business owners are also excited to open and be back in business many have expressed that they are unsure about the new rules and regulations.
