Megan Thee Stallion faces a lawsuit from her former photographer, Emilio Garcia, alleging harassment and a hostile work environment. Filed in Los Angeles on Tuesday, the lawsuit includes claims of fat-shaming and creating a hostile work environment. Garcia states he worked with Megan full-time from 2019 to 2023. One highlighted incident occurred in June 2022 in Ibiza, where Garcia alleges witnessing Megan engaging in sexual activity with a woman in front of him. Subsequently, he claims Megan instructed him not to discuss it and later reduced his work opportunities and changed his pay structure.
