This is great! Lou Harris, who is a black surfer from Rockaway Beach, has been surfing over 10 years, and just recently started a Black Lives Matter movement, bringing more than 200 surfers together supporting Black Lives Matter. I love seeing and hearing about stories like this in the community. Big up!
