Alabama Woman Starts Campaign For Eeyore Toy For On Irma Evacuation Route

A Mobile, Alabama, woman is spreading the word about a stuffed Eeyore found on Interstate 10 during Hurricane Irma evacuations in the hopes of finding its owner.

Martha Elizabeth Durant has launched a Facebook group to accomplish that goal after stumbling upon the iconic donkey on the interstate as those who fled Irma packed the roads to return home.

"Traffic has been heavy and backed up all day as Irma evacuees headed home," Durant wrote. "I found poor Eeyore in the middle of the I-10 Eastbound access ramp in Mobile."

"Please please share and ask your friends to share so he can find his way home," she added.
